Website Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · 24 October 2026. These terms cover use of this information website. Terms for paid services are agreed separately.

About this website

This website is operated by Julie Haywood Community Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 09775377. Our registered office is The Cottage, Soutergate, Kirkby in Furness, Cumbria, LA17 7TN. You can contact us at julie@juliehaywood.co.uk or 07710 655188.

The website explains our Consulting & Advisory, Teaching & Training, and Enable & Connect services. Enable & Connect is intended for adults aged 18 and over in the South Lakes area.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use its contact form for genuine enquiries. Please do not use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or submit material that is misleading, abusive or harmful. Do not include confidential, medical or safeguarding information in the general website form. If an issue involves immediate danger or an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Enquiries and free consultations

Sending a form or email is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment or a contract for a paid service. For Enable & Connect, you may request a free 30-minute consultation. We will contact you to agree whether and when that consultation can take place. No paid service is ordered, confirmed or paid for through this website at present.

Any paid service will be discussed separately. Its scope, price, scheduling, cancellation arrangements and other applicable service terms must be supplied and agreed before a service contract is formed. These Website Terms of Use do not replace those service terms or any rights customers have under applicable law.

Website content

We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but services and availability can change. Website content is general information and should not be treated as personalised clinical, legal or other regulated advice. Please contact us to discuss your particular needs before relying on a service description.

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, design and original imagery are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own information. Other copying, adaptation or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Other websites

Links to external websites, including social networks and partner sites, are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. A link does not mean we endorse every statement on that website.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website available and secure, but cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or statutory rights where the law does not allow that.

Privacy and cookies

Our Website Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information from website visitors and initial enquiries. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the website and how to manage any applicable choices.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website changes. The current version and its publication date will be shown on the website. Questions can be sent to julie@juliehaywood.co.uk.
